I gave my other computer to my grandkids and they are not on the internet,
question is how do i register it without the internet for them. It comes up
saying it must be registered and will not proceed to load up.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

Do you mean "activated"? Registration is always optional and
unnecessary; activation is required. If you mean "activated", there is
a telephone number. Call it.

You can not "share" the XP license (CD Key) between different PCs.

If you have two different XP CD Key of each PC, you can use the "telephone"
method of getting the activation code. In North America, you usually need to
call an "800" type phone number.

You don't have to register it. You do have to activate it, or run it as a
30 day trial.
If you're not on the internet, there should be a phone number with the CD to
call to activate it.
The same CD and activation code *might* work on more than one PC if they
have the same hardware specs (haven't tried it myself), but it wouldn't be
legal.
They want you to buy a CD for each PC.
If you don't want to buy Windows for each PC, you'll need to run an older OS
like Win98 or Win2K or get a free OS like Linux.
