Is it possible to share a single outlook account across a network so that
everyone can see the same e-mails, respond, and see if if it's been responded
to. All folders inbox, sent, deleted, and so on must be common for all
users. We will be using Office 2003 Pro, Server 2003 Ent on server. If it
can be done please give details so I can get it set up and running... Thanks

Not easy without Exchange server. Do you already have your server products?
If not, look into SBS2003, which comes with Exchange.....

Other sharing options here: http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/share.htm

I am also installing exchange 2003, so if that helps how do I do it?

That's how Exchange works - you can share stuff.
Create an additional shared mailbox, grant the users full mailbox access,
and they can open it up as a secondary mailbox in Outlook - check mail, and
if you want them to be able to reply/send as the shared address, grant them
send as rights as well.

Might want to pick up some Exchange admin books as this is pretty basic
stuff, or see about getting a consultant in to do the setup for you. There
is a lot to know - don't go down the road of installing stuff if you're not
sure what you're doing, or your users will be on you like a duck on a june
bug. :)
