Sharing a Roaster

One of my managers wants to design a roaster which can be shared by people
and they should be able to update it too.
Is there any way this can be done directly or using other tools like calendar.

As nice as it would be for everyone to share a delicious roaster, I think
maybe you meant a roster? The techniques available depend on your version of
Outlook and whether you're using Exchange. You might start with the

I guess some like it hot. Do you mean a "roster"? A roaster is something
in which you cook things. A roster is a list of names.
