Sharing a distributionlist

I need to share some distributionlists that i have made with Outlook 2003.

How do I send the lists to the recipients so that all they have to do to use
the lists is to dobbleclick the appropriate list/attached file?

I`m not sure I`m doing it correctly due to the language differences but when
I mark on of the lists and press Insert I only have the option to choose
something that translated means topic, which is greyed out.

In US English versions of Outlook 2003, the "Insert Item..." command is in
the dropdown that looks like a paperclip.
