Hi all,

I'm sure there is some relatively easy way of doing this, but so far I
haven't figured out the method. :>

I have a distribution list called PDBUG within my Contacts folder. I'd like
to make that PDBUG list available to 3 other people within my organization.

What is the easiest and/or best way to accomplish this? Is there some way I
can just attach the PDBUG list to an email and have them save it?

Thanks for your suggestions.

Create a new Rich Text mail message and drag the DL to the message as an
attachment.

Hello,

I'm struggling with a similar task. With the difference that the distribution list should be shared permanently in the Public Folder. Correct me if I'm wrong that Brian's proposal is good for sharing a list once - as an attachement the list can't be really addressed so each user has to copy it back to his Contacts folder.

What I'm looking for is each user should be able edit the lists and the change changes made by one user should be visible to the others. The list should be also visible for VBA code either in Outlook (this is VBScript right?) or an external Access database.

I have now my doubts if it can be possible at all. Should I create an Access file instead and note there any changes on watched lists and make the users pull their update from there?

Many thanks.
