Have a router (Win XP) with two NICs. One links through
to a B-class LAN (255.255.0.0) with shared Internet
Connection and IPs allocated by ISP. Other is a C-class
LAN (255.255.255.0) using private IPs (192.168.0.0).
Router can connect to Interent, other PCs (Win XP) on C-
class network can't. PCs on C-class LAN can't join the
other LAN as they are two seperate businesses. Can't
figure it out. Tried various variations on Gateway, DHCP,
fixed IP, etc. Have tried variations on bridge to connect
two LANs - no go. Any ideas?

I wouldn't think you'd bridge the two connections as bridging would defeat
the 2 separate lan requirement.
On the C class LAN, are the machines all showing this PC to be the gateway
ok?
Have you enabled routing in the registry?

Do you need to enter any routing information on this pc?

Instead of routing or bridging on the XP machine with two NICs you should
configure it to do NAT by enabling ICS. You cannot route your private
192.168.x.x network to the Internet.
