Hello.
I'm using FP 2003 just fine, until I installed Office
2003. Now I can't open my website because I get a message
saying the site is not a sharepoint site.

I've unchecked sharepoint in the Tools-page options menu.
Still no success.

How do I take off sharepoint and get FP working other
than uninstalling everything?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Explain
- Are both release versions (not BETAs)
- Are you opening server (localhost) or disc based webs, or remote hosted sites, and how

You can't open FP SE sites if you disable the SharePoint features in Authoring
(really the FP SE on non-WSS sites)

Both are release versions.
I'm opening to a remote hosted site. I do this by:
Clicking open web in the file menu, typing the url
including http://, at that point it checks and then I get
the error message about my site not being a sharepoint
site. I've contacted my provider. They say they do not
use sharepoint.

Any help is appreciated.

File Open Web (Site) and enter as: http://www.yourdomain.com/
Or try browsing to your site IE and using File Edit w/ FP

Even though the error says "sharepoint" it means SE if the server is not running STS/WSS
