shared recycle bin!?

On my XP PRO machine, the recyle bin shows all items deleted by all users. How can I make it so only those items I delete in my account show up in my recycle bin and likewise for other users

So I guess no one has ever seen this one? I ask periodically and never get a response, thanks anyway.
