I did a search and found a lot of information that is close, but no
answer to my exact question.
We have a desktop and laptop. I've already got the laptop setup to use
the .pst on the desktop. I know only one PC can use the file at time,
and that is fine. The problem is that the email doubles up in the
inbox. I get email when I use Outlook on the desktop, and then again
when I switch over to the laptop. I know the easy solution is to turn
off the 'leave message on server' option, but I don't want to do that.
My wife needs to also be able to access the email on the web and if it
is deleted immediatly from the server, she won't be able to see it
during the day. Is there a way share the .pst, receive emails using
either PC without doubling, and leave a copy on the server?
