Shared Mailbox

When replying to mail in a Shared Mailbox, how do you get the "From" field
to automatically
Have the repliers email address and not the Shared Mailboxes.
eg. if (e-mail address removed) replies, the from email address is
(e-mail address removed) and not (e-mail address removed)

delegating is not a solution as it puts (e-mail address removed) on behalf of
(e-mail address removed) (yuck and confusing
for my employees and their clients)

Would I have to design a form (i.e. write VB code) to do this and then use
this in every mail folder?
