shared folder copying extreamly slow

Hi,
Shared folder copying is very slow.both machine hard ware configuration is
good.Net work bandwidth is also good.No scripts running on both system.Pls
provide me solution.

Sorry, there's really no way for anyone to help you with such limited
information. You'll need to provide a lot more detail (and background
