Shared Documents - What happens when one is deleted?

We have four networked PCs in the house. One of my family members has
inadvertently deleted a document from my Shared Documents folder. The
document is not in my Recycle Bin. Is it possible to recover it from
somewhere else please?

If he deleted it over the network, no. The only place you would find it is
in your backups. Don't have backups? Start now to prevent accidents like
this in the future.

In theory, no, it's gone.
