Hi

If I have an email address of

(e-mail address removed) that's for my eyes only can I also have an
(e-mail address removed) that I can 'share' amongst the 20 people in my firm? Visible
and useable by all? And they would all have their own personal individual
email address as well.

We're using Outlook 2003

Tks

Well, Outlook is really just a mail client, not a mail server. There's numerous
utilities out there for sharing information without a server, but, really,
the best and easiest way to 'share' is probably with an Exchange server,
if you're going to be running Outlook.

And if the OP doesn't need to share Calendars and tasks then he doesn't even
need Exchange - there are several free mail servers out there that will just
do the email thing...

IMAP mode will do it nicely.
