Look in Add/Remove Programs. Although some of HP's device installations
don't put a separate entry in Add/Remove Programs for the Share-To-Web
feature, many do. So start there.
If there is no entry for Share-To-Web in Add/Remove Programs,
right-click on the icon on the desktop and choose Remove. Then go to
services (Start>Run>services.msc [enter]) and if there is a
Share-To-Web service, stop and disable it.
If that doesn't work for you, contact HP tech support for help with
their product. This is not a Windows issue.
