Share Outlook2003/2000 Contacts

Hi,
I have some people on Outlook 2003 and some on Outlook 2000. There is no
Exchange Server but they are on the same network and I have the need to
share the contacts of one user with everyone else. Can you suggest the best
method to do this?

Outlook can't share its files directly. See
