share outlook calendar OUTLOOK 2003 - vs outlook 2000

Will this work ?? Have one computer with office outlook 2000
and another computer with 0ffice-outlook 2003

I would like to share the calendar from the 2003 to the one with 2002

Is this doable ??

If you used Net Folders in Outlook 2000 for sharing, it will not work in
2003.
