Share file: Move or Copy

Hi,

Why one has to "copy to All user documents folder" instead of "move to All
user document folder" if he wants to share a particular file to all user?

OS: WinXP Prof (SP2)
( simple file sharing is turned off. )

Not necessary, but the wording suggests a more conservative approach to
sharing your files with users, known or unknown, who may mess around
with your file.

But I seen that when you just "move" some file to shared folder (say all
user's my documents) then the security settings won't change to allow normal
user to access those files, but if you applied "copy" then the security
settings properly applied.

YMMV will also vary with the file-system used.
