Share Calendars Without Exchange - Outlook 2003

Hello,

Is there a way so share and/or create calendars or group calendars. I
tried the publich free/busy times in Outlook 2003, but it would never
publish.

Automatic Internet publishing of free/busy times stopped working for
me when I upgraded from Outlook XP to Outlook 2003. I fixed the
problem by creating a new mail profile in "Control Panel > Mail"
entirely from scratch.
