I need to share an Access Database with another user in another state. I
will need control of my computer while they do this (they can not lock up my
desktop and I don't want to see what they are doing). What is the best
option? I am very new to this so any answer would need to be put in simple
terms.

I do not have a static IP.
I was told to check out remote desktop, P2P, FTP, PC anywhere.

Curently I have a wireless network set up at home, could I email her the
file to set her up on my network and share that folder???
