"SGBHP" is causing CPU to run at 100%

Hello

I hope there's some help out there. I using a Compaq S4200NX with a 2.60ghz processor, 1024gbs or 2100 DDR Ram, dvd burner and a cd burner also. I also have a program by the name of "SGBHP.EXE" that is causing the CPU to run at or between 95 to 99%. That doesn't leave too much resources for anything else. Has anyone heard of that program and where it belongs to???????

I'd be grateful for any help!!!!

Add/Remove Programs in the Control Panel..
Remove "SpywareGuard".
Reboot.
