Your message doesn't make it clear if you need these fixes for certain
problems,
so read them and see if they apply:

Do you have all other programs that access the files you are trying to send
closed before you try to send the files? Windows Mail has problems
attaching
files that are open in some other program.

Sorry, I was not very clear with my question.

I'll give you an example:

I have a file called "Word File" in DOCUMENTS. The file is closed and I want
to send it in a mail as attachment. In the DOCUMENTS window I select "Word
File". Then I make click over E-MAIL in the bar above, between print and
burn, so I can send it as attachment, but nothing happens.

Perhaps you need this:

Or perhaps you could use the other method of attaching the file -
start a new message as usual, then hover your cursor over the
symbols to the right of Send until you find the one labelled
Attach File To Message, click on it, start your search for the
attachment file from there but go until you find this file, then
click on it, then click on Open, then continue the message
with the file already attached.

Thank u very much for your help!

Make sure Windows Mail has all its default protocols assigned.
Open the Default Programs applet, which you can access either from
the Start menu or via the Control Panel, then click the first item:
"Set your default programs."
After a few seconds, a list of programs comes up. Click on "Windows
Mail". If it doesn't respond with "This program has all its defaults"
then fix it by clicking on the option indicated by the first green arrow.
