Several Calendars

I'm trying to achieve the following without success:

In our office we currently each have Outlook running, each with a
personal file containing email, calendar etc.

We would like to save several different calendars on our server which
aren't personal and accessable by anyone on the network..
Is this possible?

BTW We are using Outlook2000

Are you using Exchange? What mode is Outlook using?
