I am looking for the Microsoft link for the "SETUPMGR" utility.
Looking to install multiple operating systems in my home lab.

Thanks,
B.Ryan

Found it. No use for anyone to post information.

For reference: "Setupmgr" is located on your Windows 2000 cd.

Go to - Support - Tools - Deployment(compressed folder).
Extract these files in your system directory.

It's used to create setup config inf files, like the winnt.sif file, for
unattended installations (RIS, sysprep). These are just section + option
list files as opposed to an MSI file which is a script.
