is there a media set that will support 200GB drives out of the box without
reg tweaks
and
is there a media set that integrates SP2 in its build

Sure - XP with either SP1/SP2 slipstreamed within (whether store bought or
home built) does exactly that and will work fine, but it is also dependent
on the capabilities of your Disk I/O controller card (whether integrated
into the motherboard or stand alone in one of your PCI slots). XP SP1
should already be on store shelves, XP SP2 most likely is slowly making its
way out as XP SP1 inventories are deplenished, but there are several
websites with excellent instructions on how to build a slipstreamed version
of XP - now you even have software that does most of the work for you - just
give your buddy "Google" a shot at it.

Small Note: If you want to learn how to fix/do something, I'll point you to
it, but if you want me to do your work for you, it will cost you $50 USD per
hour - your choice.

Windows XP Home/Professional installations with SP1 or SP2 slipstreamed into
the media will install on large hard drives without incident. You can
either purchase a copy of Windows XP with this already performed, or just do
it yourself.

A google search for "slipstream XP" will bring up sozens of useful sites..
One of the best (IMHO) is:

http://unattended.msfn.org/

As it will get you not only a slipstreamed CD, but with a little more
effort, completely unattended installation CD with extras like your favorite
plugins, etc.
