Setup windows application as windows service

Hi,

I'm creating a windows application and I want the application to be ran as a
windows service so regardless which account login into the pc the application
is available. How can I convert an application into windows services?

My OS is Windows-XP pro. sp2

Both pages are for W2K, but the process is the same for XP.
