Setup.exe file cannot be found

cant uninstall Panda antivirus program cause setup.exe file cannot be found
also.. Got these messages and cant connect to the Internet. "Application has
failed because VCL50.BPL WAS NOT FOUND. Also, "0x00ea77c8 referrenced memory
@ 0x017f0234, the memory could not be "read". What do I do now?
 
Aye. Thank you for the tip on backups using Acronis. I am looking into that
