Hello,

I have registered a website which points to my public ip address I got from
my ISP.
Now I'm busy with setting up dns and eventually install exchange 2000.

Let's say my website is called rolf.nl
Can I set up my dns server with rolf.nl or do I have to make it something
like local.rolf.nl?
I guess the latter but am not sure.

Thanks for your tips.

Name your AD-domain something like rolf.local and not your public
domainname. In Exchange you'll configure your domainname to get email.
How many nics in your server? Make sure it is fully patched and has at least
the ms03-039 installed before connecting to the internet.
