Settting attributes for multiple files

Is there any way of adding the same Comment to a set of file
attributes in Explorer? Specifically, I need to indicate that several
hundred photos (all in the same folder) were taken with the camera
timestamp set incorrectly. It's exceedingly tedious to have to right
click on each file in Details Mode, scroll down to Properties and then
type the same details into the Comment box again ... and again ...
and again!
If, as I suspect, XP doesn't allow this, does anyone know of a (safe)
3rd party routine that will do the trick?
TIA

This sort of thing is usually done at a Command Prompt level,
using a "touch" utility such as touch.exe from here:

Note that your question is not about "attributes" - it is about
date stamps.
