settint up windows mail

ive set the server and passwords , my isp says that my outlook express is not
responding , i need to delete windows mail and reboot it . how do i do that ,
i am on a dell xps m1530

You don't have both Outlook Express and Windows Mail.
Unless you have XP and Vista computers. OE runs on
XP. WM runs on Vista.

You can't delete Windows Mail. You actually should not
delete any installed program - you should uninstall them.
Big difference.

Want to start again and try to explain with more detail
exactly what is going on? If you are getting any kind
of error code, copy it and then post the complete
error message here.
