Try to find the name of the file that opens that popup - it should be listed
in Windows Task Manager (ctrl-alt-del) under Processes tab. If you cannot
find it that way, try Run/msconfig/SystemConfigurationUtility/Startup tab.
You can also use Search to find all files, or only *.exe or other type,
installed/modified at the date that you know you installed McAfee.
Otherwise, use a utility such as "StartUp Cop" or "HijackThis" - available
for download on the web - to find and delete the problem file. Well, there
are many other ways (Registry/Search/McAfee etc) to find and disable the
file. Another quick way is to install again McA ScreenScan and then
uninstall via AddRemove Utility.
