A professional fixed my PC after it had some problems. He reinstalled my
Windows XP.

He said all I had to do was plug in my printer and it would work again. My
computer says it can't find a printer.

When I clicked on Print Preview in Excel it said go to "Settings" in
"Windows Start Menu" click "Printers" and double-click "Add Printers".

But I can't find "Settings" anywhere. What's wrong?

Thanks!

Go to Control Panel and double click the Printers and Faxes
icon. Click on Add Printer in the left hand column. If you find
that XP does not have the driver for your printer you will have
to go to the printer manufacturer's web site and download the
correct driver.

Also, make sure your printer is properly connected to your PC
and turned on.

Good luck
