How can I setup a Win2K server so I can provide assistance to WinXP
clients? My Win2K server has a shortcut for Remote assistance but the
exe, rcimlby.exe & rcbdyctl.dll, for the link are missing.

Thank you for your help

Have you installed the Remote Desktop client on your Win2K
Server? Or try reinstalling it if it is already there

Mike,
thanks for the reply. Is Remote desktop part of NetMeeting or
Terminal Services?

Download this - its the built into XP Remote Desktop
Client but this you can install on non-XP systems. The
look in Start | Programs | Accessories | Communications
and launch the Remote Desktop and connect to your XP or
2000/2003 based servers
