Have a friend that needs to setup vista mail, they have been using an online
one.
They would like to use outllook, but I think vista uses something like
livemail or something?

Before I get there, is it similar to outlook to setup?
thanks Bruce

Outlook version 2003 or later runs under Vista also. Version 2002
runs but with a few problems. Outlook Express won't run under
Vista.

Windows Mail is the email program that comes with Vista. Most
setup instructions for Outlook Express will also work under Vista,
unless they try to use a webmail connection.

You can download and install Windows Live Mail if you want it.
It can use webmail connections.
