Setting up the Mangal Font to Use in Word 2003

Can anyone send me the steps to set up using the Mangal Font in Word. I
believe I need to change the Language Settings under MS Office Tools but am
unable to get the right sequence of steps.
 
Under Control Panel > Regional settings, Enable Supplemental Language
Support for the language(s) you want to use.

Under Office Tools > Enabled Languages, select the languages you want to
enable.

Install the keyboard layout you plan to use.


According to Office Online "Office includes built-in font support for:
Mangal for Hindi, Marathi, and other languages that use the Devanagari
script"
