Setting up Rules using Wildcards in outlook

I'm trying to set up a rule that moves all e-mail from a certain group of
users, e.g. (e-mail address removed)) to a folder. I set it up as *@hotmail.com
and ran it, but it didn't seem to move anything. Can't find info on wildcard
addressing in outlook.

Rules don't have wildcards. Use just "hotmail.com"
