setting up outlook 2007 to access email from webbased outlook acc

Can any one tell me if there is a way to set up outlook 2007 to access and
download from a company webbased outlook account.
I have the URL, my domain and password. I have tried adding it and cant get
out look to connect to the server to get the mail.
