I have unlimited email address eg (e-mail address removed)

So I have created different emails for different purposes eg mailing lists,
friends, business....

I can receive all these emails into my Inbox, and I can set up a
rules/filter to move them to the appropriate folders.

The only problem comes in SENDING/Replying to emails. The FROM address
always defaults to the Primary email. Why is not the same as the received
email?
I know you can change fill in the FROM address, but this is a "pain" to do
so. Is there a nice clean way of doing it?

Not really, and chances are that even if you type in a particular email
address in "From", it's still showing up as (e-mail address removed) on behalf of
(e-mail address removed)

An option would be to set up multiple profiles within Outlook. To keep
track of incoming mail, you could open all your mailbox from a main profile
in your folder list and then visit them as necessary to reply to email with
the correct name showing in the From field.
