Setting up 'Out of office reply'

I'm using Tools/Rules Wizard to try to set up an automatic out of office
reply.
I'm trying the following:
*start from a blank rule
*where my name is in the to box
Now I want to reply ot the e-mails using my pre-prepared reply. I can't get
SPECIFIC TEMPLATE or CUSTOM aCTION to do what I need.

try to set the rule that way?
