Hi,

I'm trying to get fuse.net to work with windows mail but im not sure what
the "outgoing and incoming servers" are and
what do I put in these areas? Any help would be welcome!

Try:
Fuse Internet Access
Incoming Mail (POP3): pop.fuse.net
Outgoing Mail (SMTP): smtp.fuse.net
NNTP Server: news.fuse.net
