Setting up multiple computers with same outlook account

Other than using the $79 add-on, which I can't do right now, is there some
other way to allow multiple computers to access the same outlook accounts and
share all contacts, appointments, mail on the server (mail read and un-read.)
Imapi doesn't compaltely solve the issue...there's got to be an easier way -
right?

No there isn't. Use IMAP for mail and you can share Calendar and Contacts
using Office Live....
