Setting up Internet Connection Sharing

I have multiple users on a PC running XP Professional. I have Linkseys
10/100 network card with 5 port hub. I have another PC which I will be
connecting to hub as soon as I reformat it and reinstall Win98SE. At
present I ran Network setup wizard and selected the "Other" setup option
which says that I am not yet connected to a network. I setup my Internet
connection "all users". When I logged onto my other users desktops and
began configuring Office Professional 2000 and other items that required an
interest connection, all users defaulted to connect to the internet thru LAN
instead of my modem. My admin screen is the only one that defaulted to
connecting to Internet thru modem. I am now wondering if I was suppose to
setup all other users desktops (other than administrator)to connect thru LAN
like I do when I configure my other PC even though this PC is the one with
the modem.

Any help would be appreciated.

Afaik, all users on the machine with the modem should be set up to use
the modem .. just like administrator. It is only other PCs that will
access the Internet via ICS over the LAN.
