Setting up guest account but unable to go online!?

Hi All
I want to set up a guest account however when I use it to go online, I'm
unable to. I have a dial-up & it says it's "firewalled". I know firewalls are
a security thing but that's as far as it goes for this pc illiterate.

What do I need to do to make this guest account able to go online?

You have to first go online with Admin privileged account. Make connection to
Internet. Then switch to Guest Account

Does this mean I have to be the one to logon each & every time the computer
is to be used?
What I want to be able to do is set my home computer up so another user can
use it without getting into my stuff when I'm away for the winter.

Set up a "limited" user account in Contol Panel.

Maybe go to Start>Help and Support>
search for topic "user accounts"

"Guest" definitely won't cut it.
