Setting up drop-down tables linked with another field

I need to set up several drop-down list boxes with
industry NAICS descriptions that allow a user to click on
the appropriate description; then that will result in the
appropriate NAICS code showing up in a different field.
I've tried the Microsoft help, but didn't get anywhere.

I presume these are on a Form? What's the Recordsource of the form,
and what's the Control Source property of the listox control (or
controls - why multiple controls??) What field do you want to contain
the code?
