Start the message, then click View and then All Headers in the new
message window.

In a message composition window click View | All headers.

In the new message window, click on View, then All Headers.
This setting should also apply to later messages, unless you
change it again.
Note that email with nothing on the To: line sometimes has
trouble going through, so you might just use this line to send
yourself a copy also.
