Setting up a trust

I've setup a trust between my DC and an NT 4.0 PDC. When I try to access the
PDC I get an authentication dialogue box and I type in the administrator
password but the authentication fails.

I'd appreciate any assistance.

NT4 uses netbios for name resolution, W2K employs DNS name resolution. Try
adding an entry for NT4's PDC in W2K's host file and an ip entry in NT4's
lmhost file to resolve W2K's DC.
