Hi, Gurus, Happy New Year!
I have been using Outlook 2003 to access POP accounts with no problems at
all for a while now.
I have just been set up to access an Exchange Server account for work. And
here's the rub:
When I go to Tools>Email Accounts>View or Change... I can see the list of
all my POP accounts, and also the Exchange account at the bottom. I wish to
deliver mail from the Exchange account to the offline mailbox, but I wish to
keep delivering the POP emails to my personal folder. When highlighting the
correct account to deliver to the correct destination, it seems that all the
accounts are changing as well. When syncing the accounts all the mails are
going one way or the other.
How can I keep them separate?
Thanks in anticipation,
Ed

You'd need a Rules Wizard rule to move POP mail to the PST since Outlook
only allows one delivery location per profile

Is that it?
I'd come to expect stuff like this to be far more complicated!!
Cheers,
Ed

I'm sure we can come up with a more elaborate & convoluted, if you'd like
:-)
