I had 3 computers all running Xp networked and running fine. I bought a new
computer to replace one and now I can't get the network working like before?
I get an error message that the workgroup is inaccessible and I don't even
see the computer that I'm sitting at in My network place. I had no problems
before but now I do.
Any thoughts.

Do you have the new computer setup for dhcp? Obtain IP auto? If you
ipconfig/all from your dos window, does it match your network? Nic card work
in other machines?

Yes I configured the computer the same way I did the old one. The new
computer sees the network and other computers but when I go to the other
computers and try to access the network it times out and give me a message
that the workgroup is not accessible and that I might not have permission to
use the network?
