Setting security on folders

Hi

I need to give "Everyone" access to one of subfolders under
"C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\" but I can't find how to do it. Pre xp it used to be
just select folder, right click, properties and then security. Where is
security tab gone in winxp pro?

How to access the Security tab:

For Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition, you must start the computer in
safe mode, and then log on with an account that has Administrative
rights to have access to the Security tab.

For Windows XP Professional, the instructions here can be
