How to I manually configure my IP address in PXe?

I'd like to boot into PXe using SP1 CD1 and then manually set the IP address
to connect to my development machine over a private network (i.e 192.168.2.2)
The netsh utility does not seem to be on the PXe CD.

I created a custom program in C# using the System.Management (WMI
Components) to manage the Network cards. E-mail me if you are a C#
programmer and would like some source code.

Or I could provide a .EXE file for you.
