Does anyone know if it is possible to set a flag of some kind if certain criteria is met on a record? Example: You want some kind of notification if a record in your database reaches a third NSF infraction. I'm not sure if Access has the capabilites to notify you when this criteria happens. Maybe it is possible to set this up with a notification generated from Access to Outlook email?? Any help on this would be greatly appreciated! Thank you.

Sure, but this would all have to be done through VBA code
or by using Macros.
